开设临床实习前《临床技能》创新课程的教学设计与实施

摘　　要：针对临床实习生在实习过程中临床实践能力差以及缺乏理论联系实际能力等问题,作者所在医院开设了临床实习前《临床技能》创新课程,对即将进入临床实习的医学生实施强化培训。实践证明,强化培训可提高实习生对知识和技能的应用能力,使他们缩短进入临床实习的适应期,从而顺利完成实习医生工作。针对目前我国临床教学所面临的现状,临床实习前的强化培训对保证实习质量是一项可借鉴的教学改革方案。In view of the poor clinical practice and integrating theory with practical issues ability, our hospital has offered an innovative course Clinical skills before clinical practice. It has proved that the interns have increased the ability to apply their knowledge and skills comprehensively by strengthe- ning training and enable them to discharge intern＇s duty smoothly. According to the current situation of clinical teaching, strengthening training before clinical practice can make use of a teaching reform plan for guarantee of clinical practice quality.
