摘　　要：在分析文献资料的基础上并结合新的考古发现,认为:由于社会对射箭人才的广泛需求,导致了射箭运动成为先秦学校教育的重要内容。特别是在"学在官府"的背景下,围绕学校射箭教育的问题,形成了一整套较为成熟的规范,包括射箭礼仪、射箭技能、射箭场所、射箭师资等等。这不仅推动了当时学校射箭运动的健康发展,而且也为后世留下了一笔独特的射箭教育文化遗产。On the basis of literatures and archaeological discoveries, the research believes that the wide - spread need of archery talents turns archery sport into an important part of school education contents in the pre - Qin period. Under the background of ＂Learning in the Government＂, a complete set of relatively mature standards were established around archery education in schools, which not only promotes the healthy development of the archery sport schools, but also leaves a unique cultural heritage of archery education to later generations.
