摘  要:利用RAPD、EST-SSR和SCAR标记对南方主栽的26个草莓品种进行指纹图谱及遗传多样性分析,结果表明:已公开的24对引物中有22对能扩增出产物,其中有18对扩增出多态性,占可用引物的81.8%。选用7对作为核心标记引物,构建出其中23个品种的特异指纹图谱,使它们相互区分。并根据扩增带型进行聚类分析,绘制成南方主栽草莓品种亲缘关系树状图,为目前已经趋于混乱的南方引进和主栽草莓品种的鉴定提供有效的技术支撑。RAPD, EST - SSR and SCAR markers were used to establish DNA fingerprinting and to analyze the genetic diversity among 26 main strawberry cultivars in Southern China. 22 primer pairs showed amplification among 24 published primer pairs, of which 18 primer pairs Which accounted for 81.8% showed polymorphism. 7 pairs of primers were selected as the core markers,and used to establish DNA fingerprintingamong 23 strawberry cuhivars ,which could distinguish them clearly. Moreover, the clustering analysis and the dendrogram of main strawberry cuhivars in southern China were investigated according to the amplification pattern. The resuits provide effective technology support for the identification of chaotic varieties of main strawberry cultivars in southern China.
