摘 要:试验以温州蜜柑和赣南纽荷尔脐橙(分别为抗、感溃疡病品种)为材料,分离内生细菌并测定其抑菌防病活性,初步分析这些菌株与寄主品种抗溃疡病之间的关系。结果发现,蜜柑中分离到的主要可培养细菌的有10种(菌落数为7.12×104cfu/g鲜组织),最强拮抗菌株WZ131占菌落数的47%,抑菌圈直径为2.5 cm;脐橙中的有18种(菌落数为1.27×104cfu/g鲜组织),最强拮抗菌株GN231占菌落数的48%,抑菌圈直径为0.9 cm。离体防效试验表明,所有拮抗菌株对脐橙溃疡病均有抑制作用,其中来自于赣南脐橙叶片的菌株GN222防效最好,达到89.4%。初步得出,柑橘可培养内生细菌与寄主抗溃疡病之间有一定的相关性,即抗病品种中的内生细菌较感病品种中的种类少但数量多,尤其是拮抗菌株抑菌能力强;感病品种中的拮抗菌株防病效果更好,可能是其能更好适应寄主的缘故。试验结果对进一步揭示柑橘溃疡病的发生本质及指导该病害的生物防治具有较重要的意义。In order to know the connection between orange variety and their endophytic bacteria in resis- ting the infection of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri, the study isolated the endophytic bacteria from Citrus unchiu Marc. (resistant variety to citrus canker) and Citrus sinensis Osbeck (susceptible variety to citrus canker), and inspected the ability of endophytic bacteria in inhibiting and controlling citrus canker. The results were as follows 10 strains (the colony forming unit was 7.12 ×10^4in 1 gram fresh tissue), in which 47% of the colony forming unit in 1 g plant tissue was the best strain W131 with 2.5 cm diameter antibacterial circle, were obtained from C. unchiu, and 18 strains (the colony forming unit was 1.27 ×10^4 in 1 gram fresh tis- sue), in which 48 % of the colony forming unit in 1 gram plant tissue was the best strain GN231 with 0.9 mm diameter antibacterial circle, were obtained from C. sinensis. In controlling canker citrus on the leaves of C. sinensis, all antibacterial strains obtained showed resistance against the disease and the control effect of strain GN222 was up to 89.40%. Therefore, it could be concluded that there is relativity between cultural endophytes in orange and the resistance of the host variety against, citrus canker and that there are less species but more quantity of the endophytes in the resistant variety than in the susceptible variety, especially the resistant variety has strong antibacterial ability. The reason for the strains in C. sinensis to present the better ability of controlling citrus canker might be their better adaptability to their host.
