摘  要:采用美国Li-COR公司生产的Li-6400便携式光合测定仪,选择旱季无云条件下,在试验地测定并比较放养紫胶虫的马鹿花和未放养紫胶虫的马鹿花的光合生理生态特征的日变化。结果表明:放养紫胶后马鹿花具有较低的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、气孔限制值、较低的水分利用效率和较高的胞间CO2浓度。相关性分析表明,影响马鹿花Pn下降的主要是非气孔因素,且同一环境因子对于放养紫胶虫和未放养紫胶虫马鹿花Pn的影响不同。Under natural condition with inoculated lac insects and without , diurnal changes of photosynthetic characteristics of Pueraria wallichii inoculated lac insect were measured with the li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that Pueraria wallichii with inoculated lac insects had smaller net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), transpiration rate ( Tr), stomatal conductance ( Gs ), value of stomatal limitaition (Ls), water use efficiency(WUE) and higher intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci ). Correlation analysis showed that the cause of the depression of Pn of Pueraria wallichii was non-stomatal factors, and the same environmental factor had different impact on net photosynthetic rate of Pueraria wallichii with inoculated lac insects and without inoculated lac insects.
