摘　　要：医疗保险谈判机制作为我国新医改背景下出现的新事物,在我国的实践还处于探索阶段,学者们在该领域的研究时间不长,研究成果有限,但是我们也可以从中总结出近几年来学者们的研究内容、研究特点以及现阶段研究所存在的问题与不足,对近几年来医疗保险谈判机制的研究做一个清晰的发展轨迹总结,从而更好地展望医疗保险谈判机制的发展前景。Medical insurance negotiation mechanism as our new health care reform background emergence of new things and Practice in China but also in the exploratory stage, scholars in the field of study time is not long, the research is limited, but we can summarize the past few years the problems and shortcomings of the research of scholars to study the characteristics of, and at this stage Institute, a clear development path summary of health insurance in recent years the study of the negotiation mechanism, thus better outlook for the prospects for the development of the medical insurance negotiation mechanism.
