摘　　要：通过对城区接种门诊、乡镇接种门诊与村级接种相结合和村级定点接种三种接种方式下儿童基础、加强免疫接种率及合格接种率的比较,探索适宜我县农村儿童的预防接种方式。方法选取两个乡镇接种单位和一个城区接种门诊,比较这三个接种单位在三种不同接种方式下,2009年出生儿童基础免疫全程接种率、全程合格接种率和2008年、2006年出生儿童乙脑、脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(简称脊灰疫苗)的加强接种率。结果通过统计学分析,在三种不同接种方式下,2009年出生儿童基础免疫全程接种率和2006年出生儿童脊灰疫苗加强免疫合格接种率差异无统计学意义;城区接种门诊2009年出生儿童基础免疫全程合格接种率明显高于村级接种;村级接种的2008年、2006年出生儿童乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗、脊灰疫苗的加强接种率明显高于乡村相结合接种和城区门诊接种。结论基层农村接种方式需要多元化。OBJECTIVE Through the comparative analysis of children base, enhancing vaccination rates and qualified inoculation rates under the three manners, which are urban-level vaccination clinics, combination of the town-level and villege-level vaccination clinics and the designed vaccination of village, the author is to discover the proper manner of countryside children preventive vaccination in author＇s county. METHODS Selecting two town-level inoculation units and a city-level inoculation clinic, and comparing these three inoculation units under three different inoculated manners, we research the whole process of the basic vaccination rates among children who were born in 2009, the whole process of qualified inoculation rates and enhancing vaccination rates of children JE-1, OPV vaccination among children born in 2008 and 2006. RESULTS Through the statistical analysis, under the three different manners, there is no statistic difference between the whole process of the children basic vaccination rates on children who were born in 2009, and enhancing vaccination qualified inoculation rates of children OPV vaccination among children born in 2006. The whole process of basic qualified vaccination rates of city-level is obviously higher than village-level inoculation among children born in 2009. Enhancing vaccination rates of children JE-1, OPV vaccination of village-level among children horn in 2008 and 2006 is obviously higher than the combination of the town-level and village-level vaccination clinics and urban-level vaccination clinics. CONCLUSIONS The rural vaccination manners need to diversify.
