甘肃省2004—2012年结核病县级实验室痰涂片室间质量评估结果分析

摘　　要：目的评价甘肃省结核病控制体系县级实验室痰涂片检查室间质量评估实施效果,以更好地为结核病控制工作服务。方法按照《中国结核病防治规划痰涂片镜检标准化操作及质量保证手册》的要求,以盲法复检的方式对甘肃省县级结核病实验室痰涂片进行室间质量评估,并对结果进行分析。结果 2004—2012年省对县痰涂片盲法复检共抽检痰涂片30628张,阳性符合率为86.9%,阴性符合率为99.7%,出现高偏差实验室占25.0%,现场评价和批量测试结果均较好。结论实施室间质量评估有助于发现和纠正常规工作中的问题,有利于加强结核病实验室人员培训,改善实验室的工作条件,有效提高甘肃省结核病痰涂片检查工作质量。OBJECTIVE To evaluate effect of external quality assessment of sputum smear of tuberculosis control county laboratory of Gansu province. METHODS According to Standardized Operation of Sputum Smear Microscopy and Quality Assurance Manual in Chinese Tuberculosis Control Program, from 2004 to 2012, Gansu Province county laboratories external quality assessment of sputum smear had been implemented by blinded rechecking. Then the results were analyzed. RESULTS The positive accordance rate was 86.9%, the negative accordance rate was 99.7%. The false positive rate was 2.78%, the false negative rate of 1.5%. The results of on- site evaluation and panel testing were better than the results of blind rechecking. CONCLUSION External quality assessment implementation was helpful to find and correct mistake of routine work, to strengthen laboratory staff training, and to improve the work quality of tuberculosis laboratory.
