摘　　要：建立一套完善的供应链营运资金评价指标体系是供应链企业对资金管理的基础性工作,也是考核供应链营运资金管理水平的定量标准。从供应链资金管理特点出发,采用层次分析法提出供应链营运资金管理的评价指标,基于煤炭行业对供应链营运资金管理水平进行了评价验证,力求由点及面,为供应链企业的营运资金管理评价体系提供理论与方法支持。Establishing a set of perfect supply chain operation capital evaluation index system is the infrastructure of supply chain enterprises’ fund management,and it’s also a way to assess financial management level of supply chain.From the view of characteristic of supply chain management,it has put forward the working capital evaluation index system by using the analytic hierarchy process,then striving the point and face,in order to provide theory and method which support for working capital management evaluation system of supply chain enterprises.
