摘　　要：目的跟踪调查新一轮医改三年多来在试点地区的实施效果,了解其具体成效和不足之处。方法查文献、访谈、问卷调查和比较分析等方法相结合。结果基层医疗机构的改革缓解了百姓的看病负担,方便了群众就医,在一定程度上改善了医患关系。结论改革尚有许多不足,根据调查结果提出有针对性的建议和对策以促进医患和谐,提高患者的就医满意度和医务人员的工作满意度。Objective ：To investigate the specific achievements and defects by following the new healthcare reform in some pilot regions for more than three years. Methods：Literature review, interviews, questionnaire and comparative analysis were used. Results：The new health reform in basic medical institutions facilitates the masses and alleviates the financial burden, improved the doctor - patient relationship to some extent. Conclusions： The reform has many shortcomings, we proposed some targeted suggestions to construct harmonious doctor -patient relationship and improve the patients＇ satisfaction and work satisfaction of medical personnel.
