摘　　要：从博弈论的视角出发,以维护患者利益,构建和谐医患关系为目标,提出了保证按病种付费顺利有效实施的具体措施:医疗保险机构应以患者为中心,完善按病种付费实施方案;医疗机构应以患者为中心,积极配合按病种付费推行;加强宣传,营造按病种付费的良好氛围。Specific measures for guaranteeing the implementation of disease - based payment were proposed based on Game Theory, in order to protect patients rights and interests and build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship. These measures were： medical insurance institutions should take patients as core and improve the imple- mentation plan of disease - based payment; medical institutions should take patients as core and actively cooperate with the disease -based payment; also should strengthen the propaganda, establish a good atmosphere for disease - based payment.
