摘　　要：工业化与信息化相融合的新型工业化发展道路催生了社会对复合型信息人才的需求,也倒逼了信息类高校人才培养模式的改革。南京邮电大学以学生未来的职业发展需要为中心,借鉴德国应用科学大学模块化教学模式进行改革,将"教、学、做"进行有机整合,形成了"归纳式"为核心的教学方式、"立体式"的多元化学业评价体系、"个性化"的学习进程、"诊疗组式"的教师团队、"问题类聚"型的学科组织,推动了创新型信息人才的培养。The new type of industrialization, which integrates the industrialization and the informatization gave birth to the social demand of composite information talents, and also caused the reform of personnel train- ing mode in information universities. Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications take the students＇ fu- ture career needs as the center, to learn the reform of modular teaching mode of German University of Applied Sciences. They integrated the ＂teaching, learning and practice＂, and produced the ＂inductive＂ oriented teaching mode, the ＂three-dimensional＂ diversified academic evaluation system, the ＂personalized＂ learning process, the ＂treatment-group＂ team of teachers, and the ＂problem-gathered＂ discipline organization, which promoted the cultivation of innovative information talents.
