摘  要:目的观察三七花总皂苷对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心脑肾等靶器官及血液流变学指标的影响。方法将SHR随机分为6组,即空白组、兰迪组、血塞通组、三七花高、中、低剂量组,除空白组给予生理盐水外,其他各组分别给予相应药物灌胃,以血液流变检测仪检测药物干预后SHR血液流变学指标改变,并观察其对SHR心、脑、肾的干预作用。结果三七花总皂苷对自SHR血液流变学指标有明显改善作用,能降低肾重量指数。结论三七花总皂苷能改善SHR血液流变学指标的作用,三七花可能具有活血化瘀之功。Objective: To study the influence of panax notoginseng flower saponins (PNFS) on hemorheology and heart,brain and kidney weight index of spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR). Methods: Rats were randomly divided into blank group, landi group, xueshuantong group, panax notoginseng flower high, medium,low dose group. All groups expert blank group were clystered with appropriate medicine. Hemorheology and heart.brain,kidney weight index was detemfined and calculated respectively before and after PNFS treatment. Results: Hemorheology was improved and kidney weight index was lighted. Conclusion: PNFS could improve hemorheology,which shows the function of activating blood and resolving stasis.
