摘  要:目的探讨中风中经络、中脏腑急性期证候与相关生物学指标的关系,从微观辨证的角度阐明证候与疾病的关系。方法用ELISA法测定40例中风中经络、中脏腑急性期与20例正常健康者血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、血管假性血友病因子(vWF)表达水平的变化。结果两病例组血清H-FABP、vWF含量较健康对照组明显升高;中脏腑组血清H-FABP、vWF含量明显高于中经络组。结论 vWF、H-FABP血清含量变化有助于对中风病病情程度和类别的评估或判断,可作为中风病中经络、中脏腑的客观化指标之一。Objective: To investigate the relationship between stroke main in acute stage in collateral channels organs and related biological index. To elucidate the relationship between syndromes and diseases from microcosmic angle. Methods: The levels of serum H-FABP vWF were measured by ELISA in 40 cases with stroke main in acute stage in collateral channels organs and 20 healthy control subjects. Results: The levels of H-FABP vWF in serum in stroke main group were significant higher than that in control group. The levels of H-FABP vWF in serum Apoplexy involving the viscera group were higher than in stroke of main and collateral channels group. Conclusion: Contribute to the assessment of stroke and categories of vWF H-FABP serum concentration,objective indexes can be used as the stroke main in acute stage in collateral channels organs differentiation typing.
