舒适护理对手术患者术前应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理在手术患者护理中的优越性。方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者80例,随机分为普通护理组(P组)、舒适护理组(S组)(每组40例),测定各组患者入手术室前,入室接受不同护理后的血浆皮质醇浓度、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素浓度,同时记录并比较两组血压、心率及焦虑程度。结果术前行舒适护理的患者较普通护理的患者术前应激反应水平明显降低,两组患者血浆皮质醇浓度、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素浓度比较,差异有统计学意义,两组患者血压、心率及焦虑程度比较,差异有统计学意义。结论与普通护理模式相比,舒适护理更能降低患者术前应激反应水平,有利于患者手术的管理及术后的恢复,是手术室护理工作中值得推广的一种护理学方法。Objective： To observed the superiority of comfort care in operation patients before operation. Methods： 80 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ were randomly divided into general nursing group and comfort nursing group,40 patients in each group. Determination the plasma cortisol level,the plasma nore-pinephrine level and the epinephrine level,the blood pressure,heart rate and the anxiety degree in each group were mensurated before into the operating room and into the operating room after they were received general nursing or comfort nursing. Results： The stress level was significantly decreased in the comfort nursing patients, and there were significant differences in the plasma cortisol level, the plasma norepinephrine level and the epinephrine level between the general nursing patients and comfort nursing patients, and there was also significant differences in the blood pressure,heart rate and the anxiety degree. Conclusion： compared with the general nursing,the comfort nursing is much better to reduce the stress level and beneficial to the management of intraoperative and postoperative recovery. The comfort nursing is worth popularizing in operating room nursing.
