降脂通脉方抗大鼠动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降脂通脉方防治动脉粥样硬化(AS)的疗效与可能的机制。方法将雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、降脂通脉方高、中、低剂量组及血脂康组,正常组予普通饲料喂食,其他组予高胆固醇饲料喂食1个月,造模成功后正常组与模型组予生理盐水灌胃,其他组给予相应药物灌胃。实验结束后测量大鼠血脂,观察动脉壁的光镜及电镜改变。结果降脂通脉方各剂量组均能降低高脂血症大鼠TC、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平。其中以降脂通脉方中、高剂量组作用显著,与阳性对照组(血脂康)比较差异无统计学意义。结论降脂通脉方能治疗实验性高脂血症,抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。Objective： To explore the possible mechanism of Jiangzhitongmai Decoction on Atherosclerosis. Methods： Male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,and Jiangzhitongmai Decoction high,medium,low dose group,and xuezhikang group.Normal group were fed with Normal diet,ang the other groups were fed with High cholesterol diet for one month. After modeling, normal group model group were given physiological saline by gavage,while the other group were given the corresponding drugs by gavage. Blood fat of rats were mensurated after experiment,and changes of light and electron microscopes of artery walls were observed. Results： All Jiangzhitongmai Decoction dose groups can reduce levels of TC,LDC-C of atherosclerosis rats,and elevate the levels of HDL-C. And the medium,high dose of Jiangzhitongmai Decoction groups showed significant effects, and there no statistical differences compared with xuezhikang group. Conclusion： Jiangzhitongmai Decoction has good effect on experiment atherosclerosis,which can inhibit the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
