补肾强督方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾强督方对强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗作用。方法将患者分为两组,治疗组予补肾强督方加减治疗,对照组予补肾强督方加柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,疗程2个月。分析治疗组患者的临床特点,两组治疗前后进行了临床症状、体征、疾病活动性指标等疗效观察。结果患者男女比例约为4.77∶1,平均发病年龄(25.14±8.76)岁,HLA-B27阳性92.83%,骨质疏松、骨量减少总发生率71.32%。常用中药特点提示"寒温并用",按药物分类前3位为祛风湿药、活血化瘀药、补肾药,按归经分类前3位为肝经、肾经、脾经。经补肾强督方加减治疗后,患者的血沉、C反应蛋白较治疗前有明显下降,BASFI、BASDAI等相关指数亦有显著改善,印证了补肾强督方能减轻强直性脊柱炎患者的免疫炎症反应。结论补肾强督方可调节免疫功能,对抗骨质疏松,为治疗强直性脊柱炎的基本方药。并且长期服用安全性好,无毒副作用。Objective： To observe the Bushenqiangdu Decoction of patients with ankylosing spondylitis treatment effect. Methods： Patients were divided into 2 groups,treatment group was given Bushenqiangdu Decoction treatment,control group with Bushenqiangdu Decoction Combined with sulfasalazine treatment,a course of 2 months. Analysis of the clinical characteristics of the patients in the treatment group was analysed;before and after treatment,clinical sympto.ms and signs, disease activity index were observed. Results： the patients of both sexes ratio was about 4.77：1, the average age of onset （25.14±8.76） years old,92.83% HLA-B27 positive,osteoporosis,bone mass reduction in the total incidence of 71.32%. Traditional Chinese medicine commonly used features suggestive of ＂cold and warm＂, according to the classification of drugs before three as antirheumatic, activating blood and removing stasis,tonifying kidney drugs, according to the classification of the top three for liver, kidney, spleen. The Bushenqiangdu Decoction after treatment,patients of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,reactive protein C markedly decreased;BASFI, BASDAI and other related index also improved significantly;Bushenqiangdu Decoction in patients with ankylosing spondylitis could reduce the immune inflammatory response,and total effective rates of the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion： Bushenqiangdu Decoction can regulate immune function, osteoporosis,which is the basic medicine for ankylosing spondylitis. And long-term use of good safety,no toxic side effect.
