颈性眩晕的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将66例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组。治疗组33例根据辨证分别给予参附注射液或参麦注射液入液静滴。对照组33例予倍他司汀入液静滴。两组常规治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率96.97%,高于对照组的90.91%;治疗组LVA、RVA和BA的改善优于对照组。治疗组随访3个月,复发率明显低于对照组。结论本中西医结合方法治疗颈性眩晕疗效较好。Objective： To observe the effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cervical vertigo. Methods： 66 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group with 33 cases were used the Shenfu Injection or the Shenmai Injection according the syndrome differentiation. The control group with 33 cases were given the betahistine. Results： The total effecitvie rate which was 96.97% in the treatment group was higher remarkably than that which was 90.91% in the control group. Meanwhile, these improvements including LVA,RVA and BA in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion： It is effective of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cervical vertigo.
