摘  要:目的:观察赤雹根总皂苷(TSTDR)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠足跖部炎症反应的治疗作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为正常对照组,模型组,TSTDR低、中、高剂量组(40、80、160mg/kg/d)和雷公藤多苷组(12mg/kg/d),每组10只大鼠。大鼠右后足跖部皮下注射弗氏完全佐剂0.1ml建立AA大鼠模型,成模后各用药组大鼠分别灌胃给予相应药物21d。分别于给药前及给药后5、9、13、17、21d测定各组大鼠左后足肿胀度,并观察大鼠足跖部的病理变化。结果:与模型组相比,TSTDR高、中、低剂量组大鼠足肿胀度分别于给药5d、9d、13d明显下降(P<0.01);TSTDR高、中剂量组大鼠足跖部的炎症浸润明显减轻。结论:TSTDR对AA大鼠足跖部炎症反应具有明显的抑制作用。Objective:To study therapeutic effects of total saponins of Thladiantha dubia root (TSTDR) on the inflammatory reactions ofvola pedis in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats model.Methods:60 male SD rats were randomly divided into the following 6 groups with 10 mrs in each group: nomaal control group, TSTDR low (40mg/kg/d), middle (80mg/kg/ d), high dose (160mg/kg/d) group and Tripterygium Glycosides group (12mg/kg/d). The AA rats model was established by injecting Freund's complete adjuvant into the plantar subcutaneous layer of right rear foot of rats, and then the rats in each drag group were lavaged with corresponding drags for 21 days. The left rear foot swelling degree was measured respectively before drug administration and 5, 9, 13, 17, 21-day after drag administration; also observed the pathological changes of vola pedis after drag administration. Results:Compared with rats in AA model group, the foot swelling degree of rats in TSTDR high, middle and low dose group began to significantly decrease 5d, 9d, 13d after drug administration respectively (P〈 0.01 ). The inflammatory infiltration of vola pedis of mrs in TSTDR high and middle dose group significantly reduced alter drag administration.Conclusions: TSTDR can obviously inhibit inflammatory reactions ofvola pedis in AA rats.
