摘　　要：某公司生产的铝电解多功能起重机,是电解车间生产铝的专用设备,箱型梁受自身重力和三项工具(抓斗、打壳和下料)的重力作用,是电解车的主要受力部件,箱型梁的制作质量将直接关系到电解车的使用性能和寿命,本文对28.5 m箱型梁腹板制作及修复从理论上进行阐述,并对生产具有一定的指导意义。PTM is a special equipment for production of aluminum electrolytic workshop. Box girder is the main stress components, which is under its own gravity and three tools （clamshell, crust and blan- king） gravity, quality of box beam will directly affect performance and lifetime of PTM. This paper theo- retically defines manufacture and repair of 28.5 m web plate, has certain guiding significance to the pro- duction.
