102中草药复方制剂的毒性试验

摘　　要：采用灌胃和腹腔注射的方法 ,对 1 0 2中草药复方制剂进行了急性毒性试验和亚急性毒性试验 .结果表明 ,该制剂水提物给小白鼠灌胃 ,其毒副作用很小 ,耐受量大于 1 m L / 1 0 g.45 d后 ,小白鼠体重明显增加 ,与对照组相比差异显著 .心、肝、脾、胃、肾作组织学检查 ,未发现组织病理变化 .给小白鼠腹腔注射 ,该制剂有毒性 ,L D5 0 为0 .5 45 m L / 1 0 g。Acute toxicity and subchronic toxicity tests were conducted on the compound preparation of 102 Chinese medicinal herbs by using the methods of peros and intraperitioneal injection.The results show that the tolerable amount is over 1 mL/10 g body weight when the mice are perused the compound preparation;after 45 d,the weight of mice increases significatly compared with the control.No histopathology is found in the hearts,livers spleens,stomaches,kidneys of the mice.The preparation is toxic when a intraperitioneal injection is given to the mice;and LD 50 is 0.545 mL/10 g,so aqueous extract of the preparation is unsuitable for the mice by way of intraperitioneal injection.
