摘　　要：东北某500 kV变电站在交接试验中发现同批次220 kV电容式电压互感器介损值(tanδ)均超标,为查明原因,将其返厂试验。针对现场测试和出厂试验的差异原因进行了分析,并提出了介损值超标的改进方法。Dielectric loss value （tanδ） all exceed the standard in the handover test of a 500 kV substation in term of the same batch of 220 kV capacitor voltage transformer. In order to find out the reason, the transformers are returned to factory test. Reasons for the differences in field test and factory test is analyzed. At the same time, manufacturers proposed improvement for solving that.
