重庆市涪陵地区2型糖尿病控制治疗的达标情况

摘　　要：目的评价重庆涪陵地区已诊断2型糖尿病患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等指标的治疗和达标情况。方法门诊和住院已诊断为2型糖尿病的1 340例患者,收集病例一般信息、自我管理信息、治疗方案、临床指标等数据。测量HbAlc、血糖,血脂等指标进行分析。结果空腹血糖达到推荐控制目标的比例为33.0%,HbA1c<6.5%和<7.0%的达标率分别22.61%和35.52%,总胆固醇达标比例为44.25%,甘油三酯达标比例为55.25%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标比例为52.25%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标比例为56.32%。结论涪陵地区2型糖尿病患者正规治疗率很低,HbA1c达标率低,亟需进一步的系统管理和治疗。[ Objective] To evaluate the treatment and standard-reaching rate of blood glucose, HbAlc and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （ T2DM ） in Fuling region of Chongqing City. [ Methods ] 1 340 patients with T2DM were sampled from outpatient and inpatient department, to collect their general information, self-management information, treatment prescription and clinical indexes. The levels of HbAlc, blood glucose and blood lipid were tested and analyzed. [Results] The rate that fasting blood-glucose reached the recommended control goal was 33.0%. The standard-reaching rate of HbAlc 〈 5.5% and HbAlc 〈 7.0% was 22.61% and 35.52% respectively. The standard-reaching rate of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was 44.25%, 55.25%, 52.25% and 56.32%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The proportion of T2DM patients have received the regular treatment is low in Fuling region, and the standard-reaching rate of HbAlc is not satisfactory. It is urgent to carry out the further systemic management and therapy.
