摘 要:阐述了螺旋轴流泵的原理和设计方法,基于商业软件ANSYS CFX对设计的螺旋轴流泵进行了数值计算,并与试验结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:0.8Qd工况时,在叶轮轮毂与叶片结合处存在局部高压区和漩涡,随着流量的增大,局部高压区和漩涡逐渐减小并消失;设计工况和1.2Qd工况时,泵内部压力和速度分布逐渐均匀,流动平稳,入流平顺;设计工况下,试验扬程H=5.38m,比规定值高7.6%,比预测扬程低4.8%;试验效率η=77.8%,比规定值高2.8%,比预测值低3.1%,最高效率点为1.2Qd工况,效率为78.9%,比预测值低5.8%,偏大工况运行;运行全过程中,获得了平滑下降的Q-H曲线和功率曲线,无马鞍区,无过载现象发生,达到了设计要求.The principle and design of screw axial-flow pumps were expounded. Numerical simulations were conducted on the designed screw axial-flow pump based on the commercial software ANSYS CFX, and were compared with experimental results. The results are as follows. In 0.8Qd condition, there is a local high area and a whirlpool at the junction between the impeller hub and blade, with the increase of flow. The local high area and the whirlpool reduce gradually and even disappear; in the de- sign condition and 1.2Qd condition, and the distributions of pressure and velocity in the pump gradual- ly become uniform. The liquid flows more stable and smooth. Under the design condition, test head H=5.83 m, which is 7.6% higher than the required design value and 4.8% lower than forecast head. Test efficiency η=77.8%, which is 2.8% higher than required design value and 3.1% lower than pre- dicted efficiency. Furthermore, the highest efficiency point occurs at 1.2Qd condition, which equals to 78.9%, 5.8% lower than predicted, which means the pump operates better in large flow condition. During the whole operation process, Q-H curve and power curve decline smoothly and there are no saddle zone and overload phenomenon appear.
