摘  要:80年代以来,西方发达国家的广播电视业变革的一个主要趋势就是集团化。这些集团凭借它们的雄厚实力,在国内乃至国际的影响力越来越大。随着中国加入世界贸易组织步伐的加快,拥有10多亿人口的中国已成为国际传媒娱乐业竞争的焦点,我国广播影视的产业化、集团化乃至传媒集团的组建已成为当务之急。在集团的组建与运作过程中需要注意处理宣传与经营、企业与事业、整体与局部等关系。Since 1980s,the western developed countries's Broadcasting and TV are be- coming more merged. These blocs,because of their thick strength,have getting stronger and stronger national and international impact. With the accelerating step of China into WTO, China,with her more than 10 billion people,has become the striving focus of international media entertainament enterprises. It is urgent for our Broadcasting and TV to adjust them selves to the market,to be merged and even to establish blocs. In this course,we must deal with the relations between propaganda and management, enterprise and public utilities, the whole and the local and so on.
