摘 要:目的探讨经上腔静脉途径低强度迷走神经刺激(LL-SVCS)对右侧星状神经节(RSG)和右前神经节丛(ARGP)功能的影响。方法 14只成年犬随机分为2组:实验组8只,在上腔静脉处刺激迷走神经引起窦性心率(SR)或房室传导减慢的最低电压定义为阈电压,用50%阈电压进行LL-SVCS,持续3 h;对照组6只,在上腔静脉远端不会引起心率改变的部位同样予以3 h低强度刺激。分别在基础状态和每小时末测定递增电压刺激RSG、ARGP引起的SR变化。以刺激电压作为横坐标,最大SR变化(升高或降低的最大百分比)作为纵坐标绘出SR-电压反应曲线。结果 3 h LL-SVCS使RSG/ARGP的SR-电压反应曲线逐渐被钝化,使相同刺激电压引起的最大SR改变显著性逐渐降低;对照组3 h低强度刺激没有明显影响RSG/ARGP的SR-电压反应曲线。结论 LL-SVCS可以明显抑制RSG和ARGP的功能。Objective To investigate the effects of low level vagal stimulation at superior vena cava(LL-SVCS) on the function of right stellate ganglion(RSG) and anterior right ganglinated plexi (ARGP). Methods Fourteen adult dogs were randomly divided into two groups. In eight dogs, LL-SVCS was delivered to the superior vena cava via wire electrodes at voltages 50% below that which slowed the sinus rate(SR) or atrio-ventricular conduction for 3 hours. Similar low level stimulation was delivered to distal superior vena cava for 3 hours without any change of the sinus rate in another 6 dogs for control. The SR changes induced by accessorial voltages stimulation of RSG/ARGP was determined during 3 hours. Then the SR-voltage response curves which respectively represented the function status of corresponding autonomic ganglion was constructed in which the abscissa denoted the stimulating voltages and the ordinate denoted the maximal SR changes. Re- suits 3 h LL-SVCS gradually flattened the SR-voltage response curves of RSG/ARGP and decreased the maximal SR chan- ges which induced by the same voltages. Similar low level stimulation in control group didn't affect the SR-voltage response curve. Conclusion LL-SVCS can obviously inhibit the function of RSG and ARGP.
