探讨射频热凝联合臭氧髓核消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨臭氧髓核消融联合射频热凝治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用。方法:选取我院90例均患有腰椎间盘突出的患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组采用臭氧髓核消融联合射频热凝治疗腰间盘突出,对照组采用单纯的臭氧髓核消融治疗腰间盘突出。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显大于对照组组的总有效率。结论:臭氧髓核消融联合射频热凝治疗腰间盘突出疗效显著,安全有效,且临床价值较高。Objective： To investigate the ozone nucleus pulposus ablation combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical application. Methods：Select 90 cases in our hospital were suffering from lumbar disc herniation patients, divided into control group and treatment group, treated with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, the control group only with pure ozone nucleus pulposus ablation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group in the total efficiency. Conclusion：Ozone nucleus pulposus ablation combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect, safe and effective, and the clinical value.
