摘　　要：目的:探讨仿真排粪造影对PPH手术治疗直肠粘膜滑脱的指导意义。方法:对近1年来仿真排粪造影确诊直肠粘膜中、重度滑脱病人指导PPH手术切除范围,半年后仿真排粪造影复查。结果:60例病人排便功能障碍消失,仿真排粪造影复查未见异常影像学征象。结论:仿真排粪造影对PPH治疗直肠粘膜滑脱具有重要的指导意义。Objective： Discussing the meaning-guidance of PPH treating rectal mucosa spondylolisthesis on Simulation Defecography. Methods：In recent years, Simulation Defecography spondylolisthesis patients diagnosed with direct mucosal detachment Guide the Extent of resection on PPH. Results：60 patients bowel dysfunction disappeared. Conclusion：The meaning-guidance of PPH treating rectal mucosa spondylolisthesis on Simulation Defecography.
