加减益胃散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎82例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:采用基本方益胃散随症加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。结果:治愈率62%,总有效率达96%。结论:加减益胃散以扶正养阴祛邪、化滞祛瘀达到标本同治、提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the optimal scheme of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 82 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of our hospital were treated with jiajian Yiwei Powder. Results： 62% cases of cure,the effeetiveness of the treatment group was 96%. Conclusion： Modified Yiwei Powder could improve chronic atrophic gastritis,with Effects of nourishing yin and removing the evil, and delay, removing blood stasis to treat a disease by looking into both its root cause and symptoms, improved clinical efficacy.
