我国医师多点执业制度影响因素鱼骨图分析

摘　　要：医师多点执业制度的实施效果受到许多因素的影响,文章采用鱼骨图分析法,分析了影响医师多点执业实施的关键因素,主要包括政策因素、组织因素和个人因素三个方面。建议通过完善法律法规,建立监督体系,修改医师考核体系及增强医师法律意识等措施,稳步推进医师多点执业的实施。The implementation effect of doctor＇s multi-sited license is affected by many factors. We sought to analyze and classify the factors which affect the doctor multi-sites license by applying fishbone diagram. The main impacting factors include policy factors,organizational factors and personal factors. To steadily promot the implementation of doctor＇s multi-sited license,it was suggested to promote the policy by improving laws and regulations,establishing a supervision system,modifying physician evaluation system and enhancing physician awareness of the law.
