摘　　要：我国古代劳动人民很早就注意到经济与环境的关系 ,在长期的生产实践中总结出了许多有益的经验 ,有些已经上升为地方或国家的法令。这些有益的经验及立法实践对我们今天仍然具有借鉴意义。The relations between productive activities and environment have been noticed for a long time in ancient China. Many useful lessons have been summed up through productive practice, some of which had become the laws and regulations of both central and local authorities. These experience and judicial practice are worth studying and considering today.
