摘  要:介绍了莱钢炼钢厂开发的小吨位顶底复吹转炉工艺技术,通过炉体装配和耳轴校核设计、新型炉底结构设计、底吹枪布置及长寿技术、底吹流量模型的研究与开发等措施的实施,终点钢水氧含量降低至240×10^-6,终点钢水残锰含量提高0.03%,成功开发了J65Mn等新钢种,对降本增效和提高产品质量有重要的意义。In the paper, the process technology of small tonnage top-bottom combined blowing converter developed by the steelmaking plant of Laigang is introduced, and through carrying out the study and development of furnace body assembly and trunnion design, new bottom structure design, bottom blowing arrangement and longevity technology, and bottom blowing flow model, the oxygen content in end-point molten steel is reduced to 240 × 10^ -6, the content of residual manganese in end-point molten steel is increased by 0.03% , therefore many new type of steels such as J65Mn are developed successfully, having an important significance for the cost reduction and the improvement of product quality.
