摘　　要：目的明确艾滋病(AIDS)报告数较多的县(区),制定新登记的结核病病人接受艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测的策略。方法采用AIDS和结核病疫情资料分析、既往工作基础的评价以及专家论证,提出针对结核病病人HIV检测策略并加以论证。结果以AIDS和结核病的流行趋势作为首选因素,综合考量检测服务的优先区域、覆盖面、可持续性等,最终确定了在中国结核菌/艾滋病病毒(TB/HIV)双重感染重点县(区)294个,可以覆盖累计发现的HIV感染者和AIDS病人的65.5%(231 568/353 712)和每年发现的结核病病人的12.1%(113 174/935 322),同时要求各级结核病病人HIV筛查率不低于70%。结论根据不同的流行特征、影响因素,在全国确定结核病病人HIV抗体筛查重点县(区),为完善适合中国国情的TB/HIV病人双重感染防治策略提供参考。.Objective To identify counties （districts） with notable human immunodeficienay virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（HIV/AIDS） case reporting, and to formulate a strategy for HIV antibody screening among newly registered tuberculosis （TB） patients. Methods By analyzing HIV and TB epidemic data and evaluating previous work performance and through expert justification, a strategy for HIV antibody screening among new- ly registered TB patients was proposed and assessed. Results Taking the prevalence of AIDS and TB as the major factors and considering the priority screening services, coverage, sustainability and other elements, a total of 294 TB/HIV co-infection key counties （districts） were identified, which covered 65.5% of the cumulative detected HIV/AIDS patients and 12.1% of the annually detected new TB cases. Meanwhile, it was mandated that the HIV screening rates should not be less than 70 % at all levels. Conclusion Based on the different epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors, a system of identifying key counties （districts） for HIV antibody screening among TB patients was established, which would provide scientific basis for improving China＇s national TB/HIV co-infection control strategy.
