摘　　要：在阐述图书馆文化和构建典藏机构特色库意义的基础上,以大连医科大学图书馆典藏机构特色库建设为例,探讨如何进行建设,同时介绍其他机构区域特色库建设情况。Based on clarifying library culture and the significance of constructing institution dharactefistics database, taking a specialized database construction in Dalian Medical University as an example, the paper introduces how to build specialized database and regional characteristics database construction of other institutions.
