摘　　要：介绍外文文献资源的类型及其建设基本原则,总结建设中存在的问题和不足,并提出应对措施,包括制度保障、采访团队组建、资源保障及利用评价、提高利用率、图书馆间共建共享等。The paper introduces foreign language literature including its types and fundamental ideas of structuring a specific database, summaries the problems and challenges in construction, proposes implementation solutions including carrying out system constrains, building interview team, resource security and use evaluation, promoting effiency and sharing resources.
