摘  要:仪器测量系统正朝着自动化和智能化的方向发展。依据《环境试验设备温度、湿度校准规范》(JJF 1101-2003)设计了基于W5100的网络化环境温湿度测量系统。系统由下位机环境参数采集终端和上位机监控处理平台组成,采集终端以MCU为控制核心,依据设置参数将温湿度传感器采集到的环境信息通过W5100模块传输到C++Builder开发的上位机平台进行显示,并备份到ACCESS数据库进行查询和统计分析。系统满足校准规范的各项要求,能够实时动态的显示数据曲线、数据备份、系统设置、网络通信和数据通信等功能,实现环境试验设备温湿度的自动化测量。Instruments measuring system is moving in the direction of development of automation and intelligent. On the basis of "environmental test equipment temperature, humidity calibration standard "(JJF 1101-2003), network environment temperature and humidity measurement system was designed based on the W5100. The system consists of environmental parameters collection terminals and PC monitoring processing platform, MCU as the control core collects information in accordance with the parameters, W5100 transfers it to the host computer platform C++ Builder developed to display and back up to the Access database query and statistical analysis. The system meets the requirements of calibration specifications to display data in real- time dynamic curves, data backup, system settings, network communications and other functions, to realize the environment temperature and humidity test equipment automation measurement.
