摘　　要：目的:探讨膜型基质金属蛋白酶-1(MT1-MMP/MMP-14)在骨性关节炎(OA)患者膝关节滑膜中的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化和Western blot方法检测MT1-MMP蛋白在40例OA与40例非OA患者滑膜中的表达情况。结果:免疫组化结果表明MT1-MMP蛋白在OA与非OA患者滑膜中的表达有显著性差异(χ2=29.46,P<0.01),且阳性表达多定位于滑膜细胞的胞质;Western blot分析结果显示MT1-MMP蛋白在OA患者滑膜(1.042±0.219)中表达显著高于非OA患者滑膜组织(0.256±0.050,F=12.838,P=0.001)。结论:MT1-MMP蛋白与骨性关节炎发生发展相关,可能作为诊断及判断骨性关节炎的一项重要指标。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of MT1-MMP in the synovium of knee joint of patients with osteoarthritis. Methods： We detected the expression of MT1-MMP protein in 80 cases of osteoarthritis by using.immunohistochemically and Western blot. Results：The expression of MT1-MMP protein in the synovium of knee joint of patients with osteoarthritis was markedly higher that in the normal synovium （X2=29.46,P 〈 0.01）, and the MT1-MMP protein was mainly located in the cytoplasm; The results of Western blot showed that the expression of MT1-MMP protein in the synovium of knee joint of patients with osteoarthritis （1.042 ± 0.219） was significantly higher than that in the nou-osteoarthritis （0.256 ± 0.050,F = 12.838,P = 0.001）. Conclusion：There is a close relation between the expression of MT1-MMP protein and OA, it may be the marker of diagnosis and the judgment of osteoarthritis.
