摘 要:建立了零秒电阻数学模型,并根据此模型推导出GB 4706.1-2005中给出的温升公式。由于电机断开电源后绕组值随时间下降较快,直接测量零秒电阻难以实现。介绍了零秒电阻的实际计算方法,即通过多次读取断开后的电机绕组值,并根据两种不同情况应用最小二乘法得到电阻与时间的函数关系,再用标准中的绕组温升公式求出最大温升。A mathematic model of zero second resistance was set up, from which a formula given in GB 4706.1-2005 standard could be derived. Motor winding value decreased rapidly after stop working, so it is impossible to measure the zero second resistance of motor winding directly. According to measuring the winding resistance repeatly after disconnection of power supply, two methods presented are used to calculate the functional relationship between time and resistance by using least square method. Consequently, the maximum temperature given in the standard of winding temperature rise formula could be calculated.
