小切口甲状腺手术未应用抗生素132例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口甲状腺手术围手术期不应用抗生素的可行性。方法:回顾性分析纳入临床路径管理患者132例。结果:所有患者切口均Ⅰ/甲愈合。住院时间4～9天,药品费用97.99～672.23元,住院总费用4005.7～6609.20元。声音嘶哑2例发生,2～4周后恢复正常。无其他并发症出现。结论:小切口甲状腺手术围手术期不应用抗生素按照临床路径严格管理是安全可行的。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of the micro-incision thyroid gland surgery without using antibiotic in the perioperative period.Methods:Retrospective analyse one hundred and thirti-two patients from September 2011 to Octorber 2012 in our hospital,all the patients were fit into clinical pathway management.Results:All the patients’ incision were first grade heal.Hospital stays is from four to nine days.Pharmaceutical expenses were from 97.99 to 672.23 Yuan,the total expenses be in hospital were from 4005.7 to 6609.2 Yuan.Two patients occur voice hoarse,return to normal after two to four weeks,without other complication.Conclusion:The micro-incision thyroid gland surgery which fit into clinical pathway management without using antibiotic in the perioperative period is feasible and safe ,and is worthy of application and dissemination.
