评价住院患者抗菌药物的利用情况及其指标的方法学探讨

摘　　要：目的:对住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行评价、分析,旨在发现问题、查找原因,从而指导抗菌药物的使用更加趋于合理。方法:使用抗菌药物的患者药品费用情况及平均住院天数等指标对住院部抗菌药物使用情况进行全面评价。结果:抗菌药物费用占总药费的比例呈下降趋势;使用和未使用抗菌药物平均住院天数没有区别。结论:抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但是仍存在一定问题,应加大管理力度,使抗菌药物的使用更加安全、有效、合理、经济。To know our hospital antibiotic drug use in inpatients of evalua- tion, analysis, aims to discover the prob- lems, find out the reasons, so as to guide the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital more reasonable. Method：With drug expend- iture and average length of stay and other in- dicators in our hospital in January of 2011 June of 2012, to evaluate comprehensive- ly the use of antibacterial drugs in inpatient department. Results ： Antibacterial drug costs accounted for the total cost of the scale to show downtrend;use and non use of antimi- crobials mean length of hospital stay without distinction. Conclusion：The use of antibac- terial drugs in our hospital is basically ra-tional, but there are still some problems, should increase administrative strength, make use of antimicrobial agents is more safe, effective, reasonable, economy.
