摘　　要：探讨电子商务对企业管理的影响 。The present paper elucidates the impact of electronic commerce on enterprise management and comes up with the pattern of enterprise management set in order to meet the development of electronic commerce and the establishment of intranet, which is the foundation for strengthening electronic commerce.
