摘 要:对郑州绿地中央广场双塔楼的风荷载及风振舒适度进行了分析和评估。由于塔楼平面接近方形,且塔楼超高,属于风振敏感性建筑,设计中横风向风荷载不可忽略。两塔楼高度接近,且水平位置相距较近,将使得风场互相产生干扰,因此宜考虑群体效应可能产生的风荷载放大。顺风向与横风向风荷载的组合,应该考虑二者的相关性折减后进行矢量叠加。综合考虑群体效应与荷载折减后计算得到的结构基底剪力和基底弯矩与风洞试验得到的结果基本相当,可见该方法在超高层结构的风荷载计算方面具有的一定的适用性。风振舒适度的研究结果表明,该建筑的风振加速度满足要求,且根据现有规范计算得到的响应略小于风洞试验结果。Wind loads and wind-induced vibration comfort of double-tower tall building in Zhengzhou Greenland Central Plaza were analyzed and estimated Because the plane of tower is close to square and the tower is super tall, the tower is J sensitive to the wind vibration, so the across-wind load cannot be ignored in the design. Two towers stand closely and almost have the same height, which will interfere the wind field around the towers. Therefore the group effects which may enlarge the wind load should be considered in the structure design. Before vector superposition, the along-wind and across- wind load combination should be reduced considering the correlation between two kinds of loads. Results show that the base shear and overturning moment calculated by this method are almost equal to that obtained by wind- tunnel test, which indicates the effectiveness of the method in the calculation of wind loads of super high-rise structure. The research results of wind-induced vibration comfort show that wind-induced vibration acceleration meets the demand of the code and the response calculated according to the code is slightly smaller than that obtained from the wind tunnel test.
