摘  要:为研究采用国标Q235热轧角钢设计制作的屈曲约束支撑试件的滞回性能,检验双角钢工作协同性对支撑性能的影响,设计并制作了两种截面、两种组合方式的4个屈曲约束支撑试件。通过低周循环加载静力试验,研究了包括力-位移滞回曲线、刚度变化、恢复力模型、延性、耗能性能等在内的滞回性能。研究表明,双角钢屈曲约束支撑性能稳定,延性较高,具有良好的耗能性能和抗低周疲劳性能;内核构件拉压极限荷载的差值随着控制位移的增加而略有增大,双角钢屈曲约束支撑的恢复力模型可以采用双线性模型进行描述;双角钢钢芯工作段焊接与否不影响两角钢的协同工作能力,也不影响支撑的强化刚度、延性、耗能性能等指标,该类型支撑钢芯的工作协同性仅仅与钢芯和外套管的相对刚度有关;端部加强的做法使支撑制作工艺简化、费用降低,便于批量生产。Four specimens with two sections and two kinds of cross combinations were designed and produced to study the hysteretic behaviour and test the effect of double angle steel interoperability on buckling-restrained braces (BRB) which were fabricated with Chinese Q235 steel. The force-displacement hysteretic curve, stiffness changes, restoring force model, ductility, energy dissipation etc., were researched through the tension-compression cyclic loading hysteretic performance test. Studies show that the load-displacement hysteretic curves of double angle steel BRB have stable performance and high ductility. These BRB have excellent energy performance and resistance to low cycle fatigue. The difference between tensile and compressive ultimate load of core load slightly increases with the increase of displacement. The restoring force model of double angle steel BRB can be described by bilinear model. Whether the double angle steel core segments are welded or not does not affect the interoperability of two angle steel, stiffness enhancement, ductility, energy consumption of BRB, and the interoperability is only associated with the relative stiffness of steel core and pipe. The fabric of end strengthening can simplify the production process, reduce costs and is ease of mass production.
