摘 要:对我国奥氏体304不锈钢进行正面角焊缝和侧面角焊缝连接受力性能试验研究,共4组12个试件,考虑焊条电弧焊(SMAW)和钨极氩弧焊(TIG)两种焊接工艺的影响。由试验数据和试验现象得到了正、侧面角焊缝连接的极限荷载和极限变形及不锈钢角焊缝的破坏特征;通过对试验结果的分析,参照国内钢结构设计规范的相关公式,提出了适用于我国不锈钢角焊缝连接承载力的设计建议。Twelve specimens of fillet connections made of austenitic stainless steel 304 were tested with two kinds of weld procedures, SMAW and TIG, to research the mechanical performances of positive and side fillet weld connections. From the test data and phenomena, ultimate load, ultimate deformation and failure characteristics of fillet weld of stainless steel were obtained. Through the analysis of experimental results, and referring to the related formulas of Code for design of steel structures, the fillet connection design suggestions for stainless steel structures which apply to China were put forward.
