摘　　要：以半消光聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)切片为原料,采用熔融纺丝法生产出260 dtex/48 f八叶异形涤纶POY,重点对喷丝板设计、纺丝温度、冷却、上油等生产工艺进行了探讨,以达到稳定生产、改善产品质量和后加工性能的目标。The article studied the main production technology produced from semi-dull PET chips through melt spinning. In order tion, improving the quality of the products and performance of after of Octalobal Profiled PET POY 260dtex/48f, to achieve the process, design targets such as stabling producspinneret, the spinning ternperature, cooling and oil additive etc. production technology were also discussed.
