针刺治疗急性胰腺炎的作用及其机制探讨

摘　　要：急性胰腺炎(AP)是目前治疗最棘手的急腹症之一,在胰腺炎症发作后出现的疼痛、胃肠道功能障碍、全身炎症反应和随之而来的多器官功能不全或衰竭,是其病死率居高不下的主要原因。在现代医学基础治疗的同时,中医药的治疗方法和手段也不断引入急性胰腺炎的治疗中。而针刺具有镇痛、改善胃肠动力、抑制炎症反应等作用而越来越多的被运用于AP的治疗。对此,笔者对针刺在AP治疗中的主要作用及其机制研究进展进行概述,以期能促进针灸在AP治疗中的普及和推广。Acute pancreatitis, one of the most difficult diseases to treat among acute abdomen, has a high mor- tality due to systematic inflammatory response and multiple organ dysfunction or failure once the pancreatic in- flammation onset. Traditional Chinese medicine has been adapted to the management as well as western medi- cine. Acupuncture is applied in acute pancreatitis as its effects of analgesia, amelioration of gastrointestinal function and inhibition of inflammatory response. Here we review the progress of the effects and mechanism of acupuncture in tile treatment of AP.
