摘 要:结合将电除尘器改造为袋式除尘器的原理和存在的缺点以及滤筒除尘器的工作原理和特点,从技术性能方面对电除尘器、袋式除尘器和滤筒除尘器进行对比分析,说明滤筒除尘器不仅在将电除尘器改造为滤筒除尘器上具有技术可行性,而且比将电除尘器改造为袋式除尘器更具技术优势。并对袋式除尘器和滤筒除尘器进行经济性对比分析,说明滤筒除尘器的日常维护费用和运行费用均要低于袋式除尘器,从而进一步证明了用滤筒除尘器取代袋式除尘器,将电除尘器改造为滤筒除尘器是可行的。According to the principle and shortcomings of reforming electrostatic precipitator into bag filter and combining with the principle and characteristic of cartridge filter, an analytic compare had been made among electrostatic precipitator, bag filter and cartridge filter from technical performance. It was indicated by the results that reforming electrostatic precipitator into cartridge filter was feasible in technique and had more technical advantages than reforming electrostatic precipitator into bag filter. In addition, a compare and analysis also had been made between bag filter and cartridge filter from economy to illustrate that both the routine maintenance costs and operating costs of cartridge filter were less than bag filter, thus, it was necessary to reform electrostatic precipitator into cartridge filter instead of bag filter.
