摘 要:采用两种以稀土为主的复合变质剂对高碳高铬合金钢进行变质处理,研究结果表明,两种变质剂都可以使高碳高铬合金钢的初生奥氏体得到明显细化,网状碳化物有明显断开趋势,碳化物转变为片状和块状,在保持高碳高铬合金钢硬度的同时,其韧性得到了较大改善。高碳高铬合金钢经0.2%RE+0.2%Nb和0.1%RE-Mg+0.2%Nb变质处理后,与未变质处理的试验钢相比其硬度和冲击韧性分别提高了4.8%,33.8%和4.6%,38.9%。Two RE-containing complex modifying agents were applied to modify the high carbon - chromium alloy steel. The results show that both of the modificators added in the high carbon - chromium alloy steel could refine the primary austen- ite effectively and the carbide network had obvious disconnect trend with the mesh form to flake and block ones. The high car- bon - chromium alloy steel possessed the high hardness and the toughness improved meanwhile. Compared with non - modified alloy steel, the hardness and impact toughness of the steel modified by 0.2% RE + 0.2% Nb were raised 4.8% and 33.8%, and the steel modified by 0.1% RE - Mg + 0.2% Nb were raised 4.6% and 38.9%.
