摘  要:为了更好减少炼焦耗热量,并减少焦化污水排放量,针对设备情况,开发出基于RS485总线的集成测控系统,该系统运用先进的数据采集和控制模块,对温度、压力以及风速等测量点的数据每两秒测量并显示一次,并将一分钟内的数据均值处理后写入数据库。系统的稳定运行,保证了各个机电设备协调工作,使整个煤调湿系统达到最佳的运行效率。The integrated surveying system is developed by basing on RS485 bus for reducing the consumption and wastewater emission for coking according to equipment situation.The advanced data acquisition and control modules are used in sys- tem.To measure temperature,pressure,and wind speed and so on.The system shows data and the average of data every two seconds after processing,The data will be written into the database within one minute.The stable operation of the sys- tem can ensure the coordination of various mechanical and electrical equipment and make the entire coal moisture control system to achieve optimum operating efficiency.
