摘　　要：目的探讨大脑镰旁脑膜瘤的手术方法和技巧。方法对16例经手术治疗的大脑镰旁脑膜瘤的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果手术全切肿瘤13例,其中SimpsonⅠ级切除9例,SimpsonⅡ级切除4例,其余3例SimpsonⅡI级切除。术后随访6～72月,2例复发,无手术死亡。结论大脑镰旁脑膜瘤手术治疗力争达到全切除,有效地控制术中出血、保护并妥善处理好重要回流静脉是确保手术成功的关键。Objective To explore the surgical methods and techniques of cerebral falx meningioma . Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with falx meningioma treated by microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Total removal tumors were achieved in 13 cases ,in which Simpson I resection in 9, Simpson grade II resection in 4 and Simpson III level resection in 3. The follow up from 6 to 72 months showed 2 patients relapsed and no operative mortality. Conclusion Total resection of cerebral falx meningioma surgery, control of intraoperative bleeding, protection and properly management of the important veins are the key to successful operation for patients.
